This Father’s Day, tomtoc launched a special giveaway to celebrate the incredible dads who make every moment special. The event, held in June 2024, aimed to honor busy dads who are always on the move with a chance to win a tomtoc backpack and accessory pouch.

- Story: "Being a dad has its challenges but the rewards outweigh them. I became a single dad when my kids were 7 and 10. Having to be mom and dad was interesting to say the least. I remember my daughter wanted fake nails she was 8 so we went to the store and were looking at them. She initially picked glue-on ones and I pictured in my head ME superglue and an 8-year-old trying to do this. Needless to say, we opted for the stick-on ones with the double-sided tape. It was definitely a memorable experience. That was 22 years ago."

- Story: "My wife was in Asia for 2 weeks last year and I had to fulfill both mom and dad duties while working. Waking up extra early to make breakfast and school lunches. Taking the kids to school, work during and after hours, picking up kids and taking them to their afterschool extracurricular activities, making dinner and etc. The worst situation is when the kids got sick with two different illnesses at different times. At the end of the day, I survived, understood that a full-time job as a mother is the hardest job in the world. And of course, having that bond with the kids is something I will never have experienced with my wife being away."
